What is a Pilates-infused circuit?
it’s more like cardio style exercise with Pilates elements.
Circuit training usually consists of a series of timed exercises performed one after the other with rest between each exercise.
We aim to raise heart rate and try to burn more calories.
Feel free to bring your little ones with you (if he/she can stay close to us, not running away..haha)
